¿En qué consiste la hieloterapia?
· Dependiendo de la parte corporal que se desee reducir, se aplican barras de hielo que con la ayuda de algunos aditivos naturales como romero, algas y raíces, se logra disminuir en tres sesiones hasta una talla.
· Si se quiere descongestionar los ojos o probar este procedimiento para suavizar las ojeras, se utilizarán barras de gel especialmente diseñadas para esta zona del rostro o bolsas con pequeños trozos de hielo.
La hieloterapia en casa:
· La manera más común de llevar a cabo la técnica del hielo en el propio hogar es llenando una bañera y colocar dentro trozos de hielo. Aunque parece ser un experimento a realizar solamente por las más valientes, deja la piel suave y firme.
· Otro modo es preparar bolsas con trozos de hielo dentro y aplicarlas localmente, primero en un sitio, y luego en otro.
· Hervir algunos ingredientes naturales y luego congelarlos. Una vez helada la preparación masajear las áreas que se quieren mejorar. Los aditivos pueden ser: hojas de romero mezcladas con café en polvo, y algunas hojas de hiedra.
· Utilizar guantes de nylon para evitar congelarse o dañarse las manos cuando se manipula el hielo.
La hieloterapia muestra sus beneficios al momento, pero hay que ser constante en su aplicación y también complementar esta técnica con la dieta adecuada y con ejercicio.
Otros productos que mezclados con hielo potencian los beneficios:

· Zumo de melón
· Zumo de manzana
